You need very few instructions to catch fish on your Apex lure at conventional trolling speeds 2 to 3 mph the size of hook and leader supplied will work successfully.

When trolling slow slower, a smaller size hook, and or a leader may be effective.

Always use a chain or barbarian swivel on leader to prevent line twist. Always make sure the lead knot is pulled straight so that the hook hangs in line with the lure body this ensures a uniform action.
